6 week MENTORING PROGRAM
If you’re anything most of us, you start things you don’t finish, find yourself indulging in destructive behaviours and habits, fall victim to your own inner critic and hear yourself wheeling out the same old excuses time after time, year after year. You lose weight, put it back on, take a step forward, take two steps back, step up, give up, start, stop… and now it’s a year later.
Well guess what? You’re in a pretty big club; The Human Club. And as you know from previous experience, waiting for life to ‘sort itself out’ is the worst plan.
You might be interested in this 6-week mentoring program online. Think of it like a training camp for your mind. Much like in the boxing ring, there’s a lot of skill, technique, strategy and action required to win each round in life. We humans need to roll with the punches because they will come, today… tomorrow… and the day after that. The only way to stay in the fight is to keep on rolling, control your controllables and make yourself a f**king weapon in the middle of the mayhem.

What’s the go?
We will get together once a week via Zoom session from 7:30-9pm. This will entail mentoring, exploring ideas, resources and strategies and some time for Q & A and interactive.
There will be Facebook closed group where the recorded video will be available if you aren’t able to make any of the live sessions.
