Service Description

This 4 week corporate fitness taster delivers 1 weekly group training session. With your choice from the three distinct session styles to best suit your team. Boxing - great team building, increases proprioception, kinesthetic intelligence & cognitive function. ZUU - functional bodyweight training ideal for the time poor. Low impact and high intensity delivers increased strength and mobility, improved cardiovascular fitness and reduced risk of injury for maximum bang for buck. HIIT & Wind Down - A combination of strength & conditioning in a short, high intensity session coupled with stretch & meditation wind down.
