Service Description

An inevitable lesson one learns in combat sport is that resilience simply will not develop without adversity. Resilience is the result of adaptation to stress.. be that physical, psychological or emotional. Our physical body is a tangible metaphor for life when it comes to this philosophy. So often we see physical transformations become the catalyst for growth and transformation in peoples personal and professional lives. When a muscle is placed under physical stress, it grows to adapt to this stress and thus becomes stronger. Then so be it for our mental and emotional ‘muscles’ too. Through strategies, stories and science we unpack resilience and learn how adversity builds these muscles.
