A two hour exploration into the lessons, mindsets and strategies by around self-sabotage. Recognising it, owning it, changing it.
Based on some conversations I’ve had recently, I think some of you might be interested in this workshop. There are reoccurring themes and topics in the conversations I’ve been having and it seems that many of us (me included) do a whole lot of the same kind of self-destructive, self-sabotaging, soul-destroying, over-thinking, mind-numbing shit. With that revelation, I’ve decided to run a self-sabotage workshop and use our collective energy to get some clarity around our collective crap.
If you’re anything like me, you start things you don’t finish, find yourself indulging in destructive behaviours and habits, fall victim to your own inner critic and hear yourself wheeling out the same old excuses time after time, year after year. You lose weight, put it back on, take a step forward, take two steps back, step up, give up, start, stop… and now it’s a year later.
Well guess what? You’re in a pretty big club; The Human Club. And as you know from previous experience, waiting for life to ‘sort itself out’ is the worst plan.
